Sounds like some of the folks on here are under playing the true status of the SWFL market...

I use things like Venmo, CashApp and Meta Pay(facebook) to collect the payments from my tenants who want to use electronic banking.

It can't have any more guest rooms than it already does and the commercial use loses its legal non-conforming status if the main residence isn't occupied by the property owner or an onsite manager. 

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

I would change all that including Facebook marketplace when units were open.

Over the years they signed up over 200 investors, primarily employees of Facebook/Meta (where Sief used to work) and Apple (where Sabrina used to work).

I'm not at the billionaire status yet, but maybe if you combine me & all the investors I've assisted with co-living investments...we'd get closer. haha!
