I'm aware that Memphis Invest has a footprint in that area but I believe they offer only SFR.  

Potential investment opportunity and want to see if it makes any sense to tear down old houses and rebuild as it has a small footprint on a decent lot.

We are looking for a letter of some sort explaining the process and benefits (better than raising rent, environmentally friendly, simple billing as payment adds to next rent rather than 3rd party) We would like to replace faucets/showers/toilets with low flow options to help curbs costs as well.

I don't know which ones have a footprint in KC already but I'm guessing more than one.These are all former property preservation companies (for the most part) that built networks of contractors helping banks secure and clean up properties before they were listed as REO's.

You simply have to be with an expert in the area that can prove they are experts and have a foot print in the area of several years of experience.
