@Alex S.Well, it looks like a typical two story house, with a garage instead of a basement, except.......the front entrance door is raised to about 6’ off the slab/first floor level, indicating a typical “split level”, even thought the garage and opposite end windows indicate a typical “2 story”. ??????

It was an amazing home for the family but with so much future potential with a huge unfinished basement, it's own private entrance and a separate concrete parking pad on that side of the horseshoe driveway.

@Joe Splitrock I spoke with my insurance agent and they said they have a product that will cover it as long as there are separate outside entrances.
