- Assign vs. double close.

With a rate for a first mortgage today in the 6-7% range something like this probably is going to be close to or in the double digits. 

I will do those on the sponsor side but NOT the broker side.For instance a property where it is 700k and then can double with a reposition I might make 15k or 20k going in to the buyer making upside of 500k.
