Kind of disappointed they didn't revise the book.

I am saying don't set unrealistic expectations and set yourself up for disappointment.

Then I would tell the 4 disappointing kids that "the reason you are being turned down for this place is becuase you co signer is a paranoid weenie."

I have the luxury vinyl planks in my personal kitchen and sun room that I did pre- investors day, and I'm disappointed, it looks cheap compared to the tile.  

Having managed it ourselves we've dealt with so many disappointing contractors and vendors of various types that its hard to imagine finding a good property management company would be easy!

I guess I'm hoping to find out if anyone involved in Indiana real estate knows if it is worth the time and money to take the classes and even apply, or if I would be setting myself up for disappointment.
