He said he no longer will list properties from them as there are missing details and words regarding the property. 

Amy, can you flush out your comments in more detail as I think it will be a good reference for others with the same idea as Harinath. 

Hard to say what the effect would be on doing either without details, but I'd recommend not trying to do both of those in the same year (unless you have enough cash saved up for at least a 20% down payment on the investment property).
