Cryptocurrency: In Fall of 2016, I started mining and trading cryptocurrencies.

The crypto market is just getting pummeled.So what happens is that when you take a look at the real estate industry.

Real Estate, stocks, crypto, etc. 

Any means of currency is nothing more than confidence and agreement - confidence that the currency will continue to hold value, and agreement on what that value is by a critical mass of individuals.

Having looked into it and previously invested in crypto, I just don’t see the benefits right now.

@Mohammed Nasser my understanding is that you can move profit from stocks, shares and cryptocurrency to real estate without paying Capital Gains tax if the real estate is within a designated Opportunity Zone.

Cryptocurrency, far from being a hedge against inflation as promised, is proving to be correlated with the stock market.

.• Rents are increasing• Housing shortage• Low interest rates (Commercial interest rates are still low compared to residential interest rates, 1-2% lower in some areas)• Investors less trusting of Wall Street• Real Estate is proven (Unlike Crypto, which is still setting its foundation• Tenant-Landlord laws• Tax incentivesWhen people are consolidating, when people are playing defense – that's the time to get aggressive and make deals.

I diversify 40% into real estate20% into business 20% into stocks 20% into cryptos Depending on the bank, you can collateral your assets as a line of credit so you don't have to pull cash out and it's interest only.
