However, home prices vary depending on location:Cincinnati: $319,310Columbus: $348,569Dayton: $261,583Ashland and Athens: Around $203,000Mansfield and Lancaster: Less than $200,000 Ohio's home prices are expected to continue to increase. 

My question is, do I need to update my name to LLc in the rental agreement and inform the tenants and property manager or continue as is with my name in the lease?

Many of them struggle to relinquish control and delegate tasks to specialists who are better suited for those specific jobs.

If you want to build long term wealth you will need to keep reinvesting the returns for 25 years from the $150,000, you will also need stable W-2 income to get loans to continually leverage the money.
