About 18 months ago Roof was complete rip off, everything new from all the sheathing, ice and water 50 year shingles.

If you leave it do go with metal or something other than wood shingles.

You can usually see if there is more than one roof (assuming asphalt shingle).

They focus on Industrial and Commercial flat roofs but are excellent in shingles as well incase you have a mansoor style Flat.Or if you're a property manager or in property management or starting a property manager business & you need a roofing company to work with you and your property's. 

This house needs a full roof replacement (shingles and some plywood) and some drywall put up on the kitchen ceiling (~6’x12’) area.

However, since closing, at least 4 areas of shingles have blown off in the wind causing rain to leak inside all the way to my third floor unit.

Are there asbestos shingles The Year that the following were updated (either partially or fully) would be good to know:- Heating systems- Roof- Plumbing- electricalSome companies will not write properties with systems that have not been updated.As long as you are living there, the proper policy for a 1-4 family is a "Homeowners" policy .

Like in China there is no real estate industry anyone can hang their shingle out.. for me it would be OK  it would level the playing field.

The contractor was instructed by me to replace roof with same type and color of shingles.
