There are some good ones, but mostly you'll be spending money every month for someone to tell you you can't paint your house that color.

I suspect if you stick with it for a while they will sort out and reveal their true colors.....

I know this is a small part of it, but for those interested in neighborhood maps, here are some decent printable color ones that I found.

Plan to do at least two coats, especially if you are going with a dark color, and you should be set.Worst case scenario if you end up with an extra gallon, save some for touch ups and then throw the rest up on the wall as a 3rd coat.

If you trust them let them do their work- get them what they need to keep project moving (appliances, paint colors, if you are supplying those etc etc ).Ask them everything- how do they bill?
