Never knew how huge it was to have Financial Education and a coach to help you through different things.

@Brian Gibbons is a top-tier REI coach out there in CA and legend goes that he actually taught John Jackson how to do lease options (altho, John has really taken that and run with it - he doesn't just teach it but has a support team to help investors DO it).  

Demographically there is a glut of baby boomers looking to exit therefore a buyers market from everything I have read so far in that space.Check out exit coach radio for a great podcast that might help you evaluate the strategy. 

To sum it up,  I need a marketing/presentation/writing expert to help me design a website, write content, and coach me how to effectively sell my product.

I don't get the  ( hey you get a better education by losing money doing it yourself than paying for any guru training)  any coach you pay whether private or guru will usually keep you from even buying this in the first place and then getting discouraged.
