Hello BP members, I have a prospect who has applied for rent for one of my SFR rental but during my processing of the applicant.

When the underwriter has to sift through operating agreements to determine who the members are and struggles to understand who possesses ownership interests that trigger that particular lenders guarantee requirement you are doing yourself more harm than you are good. 

What we've found (our opinion):Virtual Assistant (VA): great for task-based work, but they won't care about your company, clients, etc.Remote Team Member (RTM): COVID allowed many to work from home.
