Hi all I’m pretty new to the real estate game and had a question about mobile homes.

Regional hospital in Denison, Two huge casinos in Oklahoma and a number of smaller ones, Four TI chip plants under construction, and they already have a plant there now, but not sure what it makes, Tyson foods factory (I think chicken), airport that I would think gets some cargo service (but no passenger service yet). 

You have to understand the REI is a long game to wealth.

Really cool way to do it so all parties have some skin in the game.  

The interiors are not as nice as my Tempo Homes by Clayton but the financing is a game changer.

If you have some of your money in the game as a tenant you likely to take care of the property.

Fix & flip in Memphis is definitely a number game with making offers.

The beautiful thing about real estate investing is there are several avenues you can choose from depending on your end game.
