I am getting ready the launch my first phase of a mail campaign.

Right now I have about 15 callers, on three different campaigns.

Propelio Academy has a pretty good free course on that, plus BiggerPockets has all the resources you'd need on how to set up a mail campaign and whatnot.

Or make the kind of campaign contributions (as one large group) that industries like oil/gas and pharma do, so the politicians who "favor" them stay in power. 

I've decided to start a direct-mail marketing campaign aimed at tax-delinquent home owners in my local area (I live in Clayton County, GA). 

Use some of your money on a marketing campaign to find the off-market deals.

The ideas and drive is there to find the deals...im ready to start letter writing campaigns, sign campaigns and searching hard to "buy right" with the ultimate goal of performing BRRRs.

I am considering doing a direct mail campaign to continue to build my portfolio.I am in a dilemma - I was wondering if people in this situation market themselves as both investors and realtors.

@Marcus Geiser Not sure if this is what you meant by SMART goals, but do not do a smart campaign for Adwords!
