Hopefully, if that closing would have moved forward, the both of them would have put the brakes on the deal when they were asked to sign a document that stated they were owner occupants.

but I never had to really define that or use that as leverage to cure any problem, there was a drug usuage and prohibited items stored section, like no more than 50 rounds of any caliber amunition, gasolene or combustible fluids, acids...etc, not usually found or stored upon a residential premises. .

For what it's worth, in my area I purposely stay away from decks for the maintenance reasons and insurance reasons (my ins carrier makes a stink about grills on decks of rentals...something about careless renters, lighter fluid, and burning buildings!....
