Babies take up less space and it is common for babies to sleep in their parents room when they are first born. 

I simply did not like to have to pack a bag and it was much nicer to have cloth's there which in winter was much heavier than Napa valley..

A landlord can not require a resident to not be a slob and pick up their clothes off the floor, or take their trash out daily.
