You may want to check on your city's or county's animal regulations for information. 

If you’re looking for information on zoning, regulations and permits, I would start with one of them.  

I would also consult with a certified cost segregation specialist in terms of classifying other assets into their appropriate class lives.

This is always tough because your agent MIGHT be terrible, but if a property is on the MLS and it's priced appropriately, you will get offers.
