Absolutely nothing wrong with the BRRRR strategy, but if you think you're going to find your Core Four in a snap and your first move as an investor is going to be to pull off a long string of successful long-distance BRRRRs on 100-year-old single-family residences in the Rust Belt with zero personal rehab experience, you're living on Fantasy Island.A sadly disproportionate number of people I meet who are excited about BRRRR love the overall concept but lack the imagination and especially the experience to understand what can go wrong with the details.An additional thing that annoys me about the BRRRR chasers is that they always HAVE NO MONEY.
