I have nothing but respect and admiration for some of Civic's previous leadership team and support staff but their departure has caused a considerable shake up that personally affected our office. 

Even though you are a fan/admirer of a personality, no point in following someone blindly.

I actually really admire the City leadership for constantly innovation and attracting new businesses and residents to Elk Grove.

Btw, just to be clear, what you posted above is awesome and admirable, and I don't mean to discourage helping others (I apologize if I'm coming off as attacking)...what you posted will go a LONG way towards helping new wholesalers jump in the game.
