I kind of assumed that the title company could set up the 2nd mortgage with the monthly payments and calculate the principal/interest for a fee of course but when I called my regular title company they made it seem like I was talking a foreign language.Who handles the administration of your owner financed deals??

OH he said we go to administrative law revue judge and the legal fee's would be about 100k.. or you can pay the 5k fine the state is levying and promise not to do it again. so you can be right but the cost to prove your right many times is not within reach of most folks.

We post all of our rental apartments on MLS which syndicates to Zillow, trulia, streeteasy (NY), nakedapartments, Realtor.com, etc.For other rentals (i.e. rentals near colleges, hospitals) we post flyers and ask administrators to send out email blasts for us.If you haven't had your apt listed by an agent, you may want to consider it.

Sorry you had that terrible experience with them :(What’s important to me being a part time agent is not being required to be at a physical office, good split, simple administrative process during closing and a quick turnaround on commission payment 😂.
