You can go overboard and use Trust and other asset vehicle, but that would be over do for the first investment property that is a house hack.

After that, I showed you graphs and showed you results. without knowing how to trade options, stocks, or how the PDT rule work (day trading rule), you didn’t view me as a stock investor due to the fact that my trading account only had 2k when those 2k makes me more money than any other investment vehicles (read up on options trading since 2k leveraged actually is worth around 100-200k depending on stocks).

An LLC is a good vehicle for many businesses, it might be applicable to RE, I know it's been done quite a bit.Consult with a Lawyer to make sure everyone is protected and you are covered for these cases.
