I spent 11 months traveling, landed a job on a beautiful horse ranch as a dog nanny where I make more than I've made in all of my years working, all living expenses paid plus crazy perks and bonuses, and I work maybe an hour a day - that's the type of life I strive to build for myself, the "impossible".  

I’m positive this subject/question is a dead horse kicked 1,000 times, however I want to get started investing in property for cash flow.

I am a newbie to investing, but very experienced with horses.

It may seem like a good deal on the surface, but you may want to take your time looking this gift horse in the mouth. 

I think you are looking a gift horse in the mouth....Call me if you need help......

But, again, you're putting the cart before the horse.

Most put the cart in front of the horse and end up rushing into a sub-par deal.

They pretty much only had their house, camper trailer, 2 vehicles, and a few head of horses. 

(The first horse out of the gate doesn't always win the race)Good Luck!
