They just expect it to support their lifestyle once they stop working along with some tax deductions. 

We use Digb, they also support us with tax filing. 

Stessa does an adequate job replacing Quickbooks for our modest portfolio.Any and all suggestions are appreciated as so little of the support market is focused on MTR. 

I'm looking at a community for people to move into and support each other, move of a progressive retirement type community, but we will not be in the city limits.I have thought about pulling one up beside my house and renting it;)

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response. 

If the appraisal supports the higher resale price am I likely to get my full cash out of the deal?
