You can buy them at any big box store. 

Let me ask this question - if one of your employees during work hours walks into a store and decides to rob it or someone picks a fight with them and kills them, will you legally defend them? 

A UPS store mailbox will work, as it’s a regular street address. 

Hi Paul, I'm looking to land a federal tenant for a 900 sq ft store front in a rural area.

Store will deliver and install and it will take them a week to go there (they are backed up etc etc).

Where are you going to store it , who is going to move it , who is going to pay for it ?

Starbucks has the ability to select upcoming neighborhoods for their stores to be built due to the fact they have a team specifically for this reason by using demographic and property data , buying up these locations before home prices increase in value with the average home within a quarter mile of a Starbucks rises in property value by 96% don't quote me on this, I heard all of this from a YouTube video so I was wondering if any fellow real estate investors have any evidence that this theory is true so we all could piggy back off this by looking into future Starbucks stores being built?

Fix anything thats broke , give it a fresh coat of paint and rent it out .
