This year for 2025 my wife and I have made it a goal to improve our financial literacy to purchase another investment property.

Forcing appreciation on properties requiring work is a longer term goal but I’d like to start with a simpler project.  

We initially spent about 20 hours getting my accounts set up and organized in Quickbooks.

My current goal is to transform my professional Excel budgeting tools into an AI-powered app to streamline day-to-day property management, particularly for financial operations.

I am doing the same right now, have 5 consultation appointments set up as of now.
