Nobody is going to spend all the time to get the gold data and then just give it all out for free all the time. 

These relationships are worth their weight in gold to your buyers!

A good realtor who has enough networking to find that diamond in the rough is worth his weight in gold and will probably get him or herself the buying and selling commission from me.

Owner financing seems to be a gold mine, but I want to learn more so I can offer more options if an owner is interested.- I know the owner needs equity for this to work.
