My A/C is a ceiling soffit mount system with a filter access that takes 5 sheet metal screws being removed to access.

My understanding is that it is hardwired to the panel, but then your on/off button is mounted on the wall much like a light switch or electrical outlet.

We do like most others have stated.1) Smartlock deadbolt2) A passage (non-keyed) door knob below deadbolt (so it cannot be locked)3) Mount a combo key box somewhere inconspicuous that has a key to the deadbolt (for emergency)4) Cleaner has a hardcopy key to every property (but still uses her personal dedicated code to enter each one)Have not had an issue for 2.5 years.

Typical "conventional" (central) split systems provide cooling using the condenser's compressor and heating is generated via a furnace that is mounted alongside the indoor unit.

As a recent transplant to Washington State, I've recently bought two investment properties to use as STRs in the Mount Hood area that I had my father-in-law co-sign on.

The point is someone deciding between going to a big city for vacation or the mountains, will choose the mountings this year.
