Not sure about the population statistics but saying the population has been decreasing for the past 20 years does not seem to jive with reality.Looking at the Louisville CSA (Combined Statistical Area) on Wikipedia shows the following:Current Est: 1.490M2010 Census: 1.452M2000 Census: 1.292MHere's a graph of Jefferson County population courtesy the Census Bureau...hardly looks like a decline to me:Despite my disagreement with the numbers and your sentiment I'm perfectly fine with you not wanting to invest in Louisville...more opportunities for the rest of us :)
