I really don't understand why towns are doing this....Especially towns that thrive on tourism.

This city thrives on the tourism industry and is going to do all it can to protect it, rightfully so.

As the area continues to grow and focus transitions toward improving both the resident experience and tourism industry, this property’s income potential will likely increase.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Atlanta is a big tourism town so airbnb is lucrative in good locations.

I did see one for sale and it looks pretty cool and fun for someone young to get into.Have you checked to see what tourism is like in the area?

And this is located in an area where tourism is busy year round due to summer and winter activities. 

Just thought id rant on here because I hate to see investors spin their wheels on inbound approaches. 

It’s somewhat rural, but an hour away from a major area of tourism.

One thing to consider, and I’m not saying this is the case because I have no idea, but if tourism was temporary demand from Covid and those rentals don’t rent anymore, you can have those people selling the homes and an oversupply.
