Fyi, this issue with the water heater that started all this appears to be caused by someone disconnecting wires inside the fused disconnect and wire nuting the hot wires together by-passing the fuses.

Go check your washer dryer and see if working, find out where the leak is, fix the leak if it's plumbing related, then disconnect move to garage and let them install their own.. tell them the washer and dryer will remain in the garage until they leave.Your in a cold climate so winterize the washer before putting in garage,, run some RV antifreeze thru the washer so it gets in the pump to prevent freezing the pump. easy to do if its going to be in storage maybe during the winter..

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

@Kenia Seong One issue I see on MTR while it sounds like a good idea and might work...is a disconnect between the housing providers and the people they expect to rent to....what I see is on various forums for the furnished finders.

I'm using Wave for my accounting software right now which used to work great, but now that I have it connected to 30+ bank accounts, there's some glitch that disconnects the accounts every month, and it takes an hour+ to reconnect them.
