Crap didn't hit the fan until after the renewal a few months ago and then prices just literally doubled if not tripled.

It is newly renovated with stainless appliances, tile and wood floors, designer stacked ledge stone, glass & stone backsplash, crown moulding, upgraded lighting, ceiling fans and an updated washer/dryer combo.

Complex electrical issues other than fixture change outs, ceiling fan changes, basic diagnostic stuff (garage doors for example often have simple fixes) and breaker resets.3.

I enjoy both of those books as well, and my father was a big fan of Think and Grow Rich.

I have been a part of BP for awhile now and although I have met a handful of you, I have not made a formal introduction to the MHP owners, sponsors/syndicators, and fans of mobile home parks here on the platform. 

Additionally, the MLS listing reported there were new ceiling fans in each of the rooms but there weren’t any!

Forget the fact that it was a fire and replace some cabinets, a stove fan, and drywall.

I'm not a fan of the nanny hand holding that's so popular in this forum.

I stumbled upon BP through You Tube about 3 months ago and have been hooked ever since. { I do enjoy the ribbing between Josh and Brandon} Not sure if there are many BP folks way up here but it would sure be great to meet some like minded Rich Dad Poor Dad fans.
