Aloha,On one hand, getting 14 years out of any appliance is unusual these days, I would recommend to my Client to simply replace it.On the other hand, it COULD be something simple, like the power cord chewed through or getting pulled loose from its terminals (not the plug end, the connection at the equipment).

Yea, I do think it will be challenging, and I hope I'm not biting off more than I can chew :) I'm hoping to meet some great people that can help me make it happenWhat draws me to it is: 1) Being able to get my money back out after a deal and go straight into buying another property 2) Being able to make sure the house is in great condition so I have lower maintenance costs 3) It makes slightly nicer neighborhoods make sense.
