I have considered Uber and Air bnb.

The house appears to be in decent shape except for one condition, there is a ton of mold or mildew on the ceilings by the air vent grille.

I am also in the Air Force, currently living in Minot, and looking to invest in a similar size property while I'm stationed here in Minot.

You can loose a year of cashflow very quickly to unexpected roof repairs, furnace or air conditioning replacements or even exterior painting for a random C of O inspection or a shocker come tax time.

Do you have an air conditioner that is relatively new and just needed a new evaporator coil or is leaking refrigerant? 

I don't have experience with tenants vaping but I do know that the vapor smell dissipates in seconds once it is in the air.

There was dead air space at the front due to no foundation ventilation.Damage- the front sill and sub floor, the center beam, damage under some old plumbing at the rear center; tube scarring on numerous floor joists.

The AC has no problem and since the service, we found sometimes the air is not cold enough.

I also thought SeaTac had a reputation as being "blue collarish" but it reportedly is right in the middle of Seattle and Tacoma offering great path to progress and easy commute to Seattle (via rapid transit)....Alaska Air's HQ is right next to property and there are massive expansion plans, which looks to be a plus...On the other hand, I cannot help wondereing how many potential tenants want to  next to an airline construction activity and a casino.

I live in the condo and the A/C air duct for the hallways in the building causes some noise and wall vibration in the bathroom and one of the closets in my unit.
