Checking into obtaining business credit cards without giving a personal guarantee.  I have found a few such as Lencred, Auralian and credit suite all with different requirements and funding fees.  Anyone have any info...

Mostly because sellers walked away from deals they had no financial interest in (other than a PG and hit to their FICO).   

We believe the value to be $185-225k.If at all possible, we would prefer to do a no PG loan and keep all responsibility with the company.  

A PG is your word that you will back up this business venture with your personal assets if needed.  

In PG County in MD they do not tell you until days before when your eviction date will b.  

I’m actively looking for buy and hold in Talbot County, PG County, Anne Arundel County.

I am especially interested in Baltimore city and surrounding area such as Howard and PG county.

and get a PG / business then the deal seems much more ideal.

I own an investment property in PG and 2 in Calvert.
