Inventory seems to sell pretty fast.

Ask 10 random people, 8 have never heard the name, that is how fast things are changing.In my mind the outcome is crystal clear.

They google how to invest and see these gurus telling them how they will be financially free in 24 months using all other people's money....Fast forward to present day, most of those friends did nothing because they learned the hard way that isn't reality.

So most folks get sucked into some fake lender thinking they are going to get 6% money or start going through the Broker daisy chains etc etc its a lot work.. granted there are a number of excellent HML that work fast out there for sure.. but there are a lot more that run from total fakes to just want to get your deposit money upfront then come up with 50 reasons not to fund your deal..
