In addition to trying to learn as much as possible about real estate I try and find ways to be better at business as a whole.Really enjoyed the 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss. 

I really enjoyed Traction, the 4 Hour Work Week, Millionare Real Estate Investor, Extreme Ownership, The 10X Rule, Make your Bed and I reread my books frequently.

@Jacob Trogan basically I told you to do what you were already thinking, go for it seems pretty responsible to me, also read the 4 hour work week

I'd also put The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss on that list.I'm going to hack your other book ideas and grow my knowledge. 

I was recently employed for a job and there’s something we do on Tuesdays that I don’t particularly enjoy and other things throughout the work week that aren’t crazy fun and rewarding.

@Jason Malabute It sounds like you don’t want to give them solutions and want them to figure solutions out on their own, but your title suggests that they will fail without you but I don’t believe that was your intention.I’m reading a book called “The Four Hour Workweek”, and there’s a section that talks about not allowing employees to get used to reaching you for things that aren’t emergencies.  

I will say that if you're working 60-70 hours per week maybe you should look around for another O&G company, there are plenty of them in Oklahoma where you won't be working more than a normal 40 hour work week most of the time.
