the air testing 2 weeks later showed high levels of toxic mold.We were advised that if anyone in the house was sick, we should leave immediately and take nothing with us.My son was in a wheelchair, having seizures with zero quality of life.

The main problem remains that a wheelchair can't fit in, but they might be working on a larger model.

As well as my tenant lying to me most of the time she is disabled and in a cast so she is either wheel chaired most of the time or lying on her couch. 

Woman upstairs move in a wheelchair and couple my Tenants moved out breaking the lease just in a month - they couldn’t sleep in any room of the condo.So, I have to find a problem Tenants, who otherwise have problems renting - let’s say, with eviction etc.

It's considered to be on par with a cane or wheelchair. 

It's actually two handicapped persons, both in wheelchairs, very sweet ladies.

@Kyle Jeane this will depend on the area and topography but generally if your doing slab on grade the most important design features are main level living, open floor plans, easy access, minimum 34” interior doors for wheel chair access, handicap accessible bathrooms with grab bars and easy access showers and or walk in tub.

All parts of the house are wheelchair accessible, including the walk-in style bathrooms.
