If your goal is financial freedom, which is a long-term goal, not so much.Financial freedom is a long-term proposition, not a one-time event.

They also ask people to look into their financials and assets at the sales event.

However, to my understanding, a 1031 conversion of an investment property to your primary residence after a safe harbor of two years does not trigger a tax event.
