I suspect they are not the only ones that will take that voyage.

Reason is that Yardi Voyager (Yardi's main product) is the industry standard when it comes to commercial RE accounting.

That left me a bit empty and a quite frankly a bit alone on the voyage.

Just as it was taught as scientific fact that the world was flat because it was never proven incorrect until the space age for an absolute fact even though many that thought otherwise were considerd quacks until the sea voyages began to convince many otherwise.So to consider a theory factual is just unfactual because it can not be proven either way even though you may wish to believe one set of observations over another set of observations.

I have narrowed down my voyage down to a ~5 month backpacking trip through Southeast Asia and I have funds to cover my pilgrimage and transition back into the "real-world" with a decent cushion, but not enough to immediately purchase a home.The question I'm asking here is, if you were in my situation, would you purchase an investment property and get everything situated (finances, tenants, etc) BEFORE you travel, or travel first with the ultimate freedom (time), and focus on investing after the journey?
