@John Mendez how did you design your vivid vision?

Imagining the sights, smells, sounds, and performance in vivid detail contributes to success.

The concept of sunk costs being irrelevant to investment decisions (aside from tax implications) is one of the core concepts I most vividly remember from getting both a BBA and an MBA in Finance.    

I’m trying to create my plan and work backwards kinda like the vivid vision , this is something I’m trying to create in the next 5 years, I’m looking for any advice and tips on how I can make this goal happen.

Maybe I can clear some stuff up so I can reach out for a more vivid picture of what I am up against.I’m currently living on Guam, and not to be biased but it’s a tropical paradise.

What was your most vivid dream?

It’s written in simple language and gives lots of vivid examples.

Large Hexagon Tiles or Honeycomb Tiles that cover the floor and continue up the walls creates vivid texture and interest.

My ideal plan was to save up down payment cash & just purchase a rental here , then another down the road & maybe cross more bridges on the way buy to really be able to hit my true goals for my vivid vision I need to shift my strategy.

I've sold so many apartments that I can see the contracts vividly!
