I do think a clearer visual on these metrics would be great and clear number comparisons, as otherwise I have to do calculations myself and go back to pull up the initial offering memorandum to compare numbers.

Second to that I like the privacy fence suggestion - blocking the visual contact of the dogs to people at your property will definitely help some.

That said, stock pools are inexpensive but I'm not sure they are anything more than visual candy for your listing - and perhaps more hassle and most adults won't look at that anything like a hot tub experience.
