If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.

In my experience those people are generally tire kickers anyway.

LLC is a tax vehicle Not an asset protection vehicle for single members and or family type lLCs at least from what I see.

And honestly, I am getting quite tired of people making these remarks at me when all I am doing is spewing out intelligent data with the intention to HELP you!

Love that you are learning more about the investment vehicle and that you are moving onto step two where you are working your investment criteria as well as networking with sponsors alike.

One was even about vehicles and not real estate.

It was cheaper to clear the line each year, but eventually I excavated because i got tired of getting emergency calls about toilet backup.

Finance was a combination of a few different vehicles and ultimately ended with a HELOC which was then used to fund multiple other projects over the years.

No off-street parking = not worth doing MTR unless it meets all of the following: super urban area where no parking is the norm, highly desirable area with a ton of MTR demand, super safe part of the city, and has great public transportation (think NYC, Hoboken NJ, etc.)Unless it meets all of the criteria above, I pass on those opportunities because my MTR will be eliminating the many people that travel with their vehicles.

To @Dmitriy Fomichenko and everyone please disregard/ignore what I wrote above;  I was tired and got two different things confused.
