Now you've made your whole FLOOR an ice-filled glass relative to the outdoors, and you're depending on essentially using a fan that blows enough to dry it out each night when the RH dips to keep from rotting out your subfloors.Why don't we, instead, understand that the outside needs to stay outside and the inside inside and install a proper thermal and vapor barrier....somewhere? 

Do you waterproof, encapsulate, or simply put down vapor barrier?

😂 Lol no it is alive and in the vapor barrier of the ceiling 

In some cases I don't put any pad if going over vinyl which acts as both the pad and vapor barrier.

Do you all allow for vapor cigs to be smoked in your or on your properties?

That is sealing off all vents with gasketed vent covers,  encapsulating dirt crawl space with 20 mil vapor barrier, sump pump, dehumidifier, airtight crawl space door, etc. 

There is no smoking allowed inside any of my units, of anything - no e-cigs, vapor, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bongs, joints, whatever.

Once the floor is clean, follow by an application of a vapor sealant product specifically for concrete (we sell this)  and an epoxy concrete floor coating. 

I was wearing a half-respirator (3M-7000 series) with NIOSH-approved organic vapor cartridges, as detailed in the MSDS of the product, but I could not achieve cross-ventilation, even with the door to the closet removed. 

This will provide a vapor barrier.
