Cool, what are you focusing on to pin down which investment strategy you're looking for?

So I told them turn it off, shut off all circuit breakers and then turn on the AC the morning of to cool down the house.

BiggerPockets has some pro tools that let you see rent to price ratios and other cool stats, I use this to check out various markets and which seem to have better/worse profitability.

Heck, some people might even pay more for the 'cool factor' of living in a 'small home'....I'd give it a go since you're a veteran of this RE stuff.

I would like to acquire a 15 unit or so apartment.

For example:-A tenant complained about the AC not cooling, so I replaced the entire unit with brand-new equipment.

Your looking at this really cool and unique position your in, and focusing on it as a problem.
