I also see a lot of new villa fit-outs in Jumeirah Islands.

After Hurricane Sandy in NY the vast majority of the houses on the South Shore of Long Island were lifted through various government grant programs.

I've been all over the Caribbean islands, and I mean traveling within the countries, not just staying at the resorts, but even then, I feel Mexico has more to offer and I genuinely have a great time.

Does anyone have any experience with NYC/Long Island foreclosure auctions?

Maybe throwing out a specific post for seeking investment focused brokerages in the Long Island area on BP and see who reaches out as well :).

I would defintetaly be living on an island somewhere counting money. 

Meaning in plain English; it's just you, by a different name.I suggest researching into "the asset island method".
