Inevitably there will be some "friction points" that you'll have to discuss/mediate, but ultimately if they are not willing to adopt a majority/all of your processes, then I think you mutually set up a date that works for them to move. e.g. 60 days, 90 days, etc...

Then, more advanced stuff that those without licenses will have a tough time with: active real estate agents working the area - so i can call them to preview my house - in case they run into potential buyers they know of in their office, Then, I have Listingbook software on my I-phone ( Works with MLS data- by subscription)- that actually knows the number of searches of homes in any given area - so I can blast a promotion of my house to all the agents that have clients looking in the area (not just my subdivision -unless that is what I want), and...for the investor in me: track all the mortgages recorded against the property, so I know how low of an offer I can make - based on the mortgages on the property.

Partner with a real estate marketing company out of Las Vegas or Provo, Utah to market, promote and advertise the “mentorship” system consisting of the free seminar, followed by the modest fee weekend workshop, followed by the $15,000 - $40 000 full mentorship program.Here are the usual results1- 99% of “students” never earn back the cost, despite 1000s of wasted hours2- students learn nothing of real estate principles, real estate finance and real estate law which are the necessary foundation blocks of knowledge necessary for a SUSTAINABLE career in real estate investment 3- with hundreds or thousands of “students” unleashed on the real estate selling public they’re AT BEST an annoyance of trying to do “unrealistic” deals, AT WORST lead to a disastrous result for vulnerable homeowners.4 - The career real estate investors, service providers, brokers, lenders, etc are so disgusted with all of it and the outcomes they see that that can’t even comprehend that the subject technique or strategy does have a legitimate use when utilized (1) by and experienced and well capitalized buyer and (2) full disclosure is provided all parties with legal representation.

While not my main area of practice I represented a Brooklyn credit union lender, some buyers/sellers and a few landlords in real estate transactions and rent arrears cases.While we had successes and some failures along the way I ultimately concluded that I wanted to do something different with my life and cashed out of the business.

Ultimately I didn't learn too much I didn't already know after taking a few courses and reading a hand-full of books, and with most of people I've met and tried to talk with, it's been a pretty common experience that conversations go a lot like that.
