This environment sounds toxic for a baby!

The amount of time that you will invest in trying find a loophole just to irritate the neighbors isn’t worth the headache.

I've never even heard of a turnkey company using a sketchy contract, and with a lawyer not being familiar with turnkeys and they are essentially glorified salespeople (sorry, lawyers), they tend to just make mountains of barely-existent molehills and irritate everyone.

She ended up losing all of them in foreclosure and filing for bankruptcy.The damage from the housing crisis — a toxic combination of frenzied buying, rampant construction, predatory lending and investment excess — was extensive.

The house has good bones, but has “toxic mold”, an old septIc, broken well pump, etc etc.

They may not mind, but I personally would be irritated if my rent stayed the same but an extra person got added into "my" personal space.  

We were very tired of using the poorly maintained county road, which also took us past some very irritating neighbors.

Needless to say at this point I’m anxious, excited, and a bit irritated.

This gentleman appeared irritated that we had researched and come with questions/potential templates and was more pushing for us to have him set it up 'correctly' - We questioned that a little when he made the previous comments about operating agreement and registered agent.Thanks for the help,Brandon & Kristin
