Likely it will be early in the day (bring donuts or bagels for the office) or later (consider another snack for the office).

Some people don't really vibe with sharing common areas and they need that personal space, and others thrive on always being around people and they don't mind sharing their snacks, so-to-speak.

One property has a sewer stop up so we got to meet with plumbers, learn about dye going through sewers to trace the route, then we got to pay the tree trimmer, got to see a mobile home moved into our park, went to the dealership to get keys to the house, got to get a snack at starbucks, see the mover mess up a tenants lawn and work to resolve it.  

After the obvious important stuff you want to have extra items for your guests such as cleaning supplies, soap, snacks, etc.

We had snacks, wine, and before pictures scrolling on a TV in the living room.
