Hi Benjamin,I would change the focus of the area and focus more in the people that you will be working with.The stats and demographics of a location can be swindled to look good or bad.Make sure you establish relationships with people that will have your best interest at heart and that offer a great after service no matter what they are selling.Thanks and have a great day.

Their visit could've been initiated by one of the cop's grandmother who you've peppered with Yellow Letters and she is interested in hearing your offer but is naturally afraid of being swindled or harmed in some other way.  

That swindling, stumbling, stuttering [REMOVED] became really respectful once I pushed back.

It's pretty much the fault of the bad ones who have seen financing as a way to hook people and swindle them that has brought about the current regs, had they dealt more fairly, in good faith, they could have continued making a healthy profit in the long run as opposed to a fast buck and an attitude of Simon Lagree.If you really want a system that has no regulations, you probably won't last long either.

You were swindled out of 5k but the realtor says they will pay you back get these in certified funds asap. 

Unfortunately, I think they've fixed in their minds that because I said "Real Estate Investor" I'm just trying to swindle him into selling his house for less than it's worth. 

If class action has a good litigator I am guessing there going to shoot for fraud but lay groundwork for theft by swindle, given cardone's fee's and marketing/ mass media messages, it will be very hard to disprove and leads into a settlement.
