How many of you sunshine pumpers owned STRs in the Gatlinburg market from 2009-2013?  

The people who are born and raised in Denver continue to opine about the affordability, but those who are moving into the city with fresh eyes will gladly take their profit from the coasts and pay all cash, over ask in order to live in (again, my opinion) the best city in the country - diverse economy, great work/life balance, friendly people, city without most of the big city problems, 300 days of sunshine....

Before he even signed his agreement, our manager went to his property, torn down and rebuilt the motor, repaired the circuit board and 2 leaks, and it was working that day.Lots of sunshine pumping on self-management, whilst tossing shade on PMs, that isn't quite accurate.

Companies, particularly in the entertainment and technology industries, have gravitated in recent years to offices in airy settings that bring an outdoor feeling into the workplace or allow people to relax or do some work in actual sunshine.

I've also seen square footage of finished sunshine basements and even the lower levels of splits (where the lower level starts about two feed underground and all the windows are above ground level) not counted as square footage.
